Sorry I hadn't been here in awhile. I've been a bit preoccupied with my designwork. I released "the Collective" a series of 5 kits that were created as ONE Single Collective and then 'split' apart to different sections of CLUBDUDE. One part, "Love" went to the AFX-files E-zine, "Embrace" went to the **Embellish It** crowd, "Honor" & "Trust" found themselves in the OWD Shop, and the final kit, "Cherish" went into CLUBDUDE as a subscriber kit (it also has made its way to the OWD Shop).

Instructions to make your entry into Club Dude, Osten's new forums and galleries, smooth:

2 - when the next page opens, REGISTER, as this is a new site.

3 - use the same email address, login name and password that you used at the old site.

4 - hit enter.

5 - check your email for confirmation of registration at the new site, and click the link to validate your membership.

6 - log in at Club Dude!

That's it - if you follow these instructions you'll be able to access the forums and galleries at the new site. The old site is offline, so any layouts you had posted will need to be reposted at Club Dude.

Ok, Ok...I know I can't keep up with myself, much less be the BLOGGING KING. If you're going to get the LATEST information on what I'm up to....It's BEST to join my FORUM, because that's where I spend most of my time....and SO SHOULD YOU!!! LOL!!!

I have so many things on the design table at the moment -- I have started a Download-a-Day at the site with my new "Autumn Falls" scrapkit.

You MUST be a REGISTERED MEMBER of the forum to have access to the daily download. If by chance you miss any of the pieces, it will be available in my shop on December 1st.

I also have a few Add-on pieces to "Autumn Falls" that I will be placing in the shop probably sometime TODAY. I have an Element Add-on, a Frame set Add-on, and a Plain Textured Paper Add-on. Here's those previews:

Well, Howdy all --

I've been working a lot behind the scenes lately, nose in Photoshop and work!!! I've just finished my new Halloween kit for this year. I'll be showing ya the previews real SOON...so please don't scroll down to 'just look at the pictures' (ROFLMAO)

OMG!!! I have been on a roll just recently. I'm NOT talking about a Cinnamon or an Orange Danish ROLL...a CREATIVE ROLL. Your DUDE has been on the trail of non-inspiration lately and ENOUGH is ENOUGH...

OH, Mon DIEU!!!

Has it really been that LONG since you’ve heard or seen, little ole me? Well, rather than teaching this fall, I decided to go play the corporate game with Lowe’s. It’s not that bad, I just hate the thought of working for the CEO’s and Top Dogs so they can stuff exuberant amounts of CASH into their bank accounts. It’s truly disgusting to me!!! Don’t get me wrong about my job. I work with some very wonderful people and am fortunate to have met them and worked side by side with them. Anyway, enough about that stuff. I have some Wonderfully, Exciting NEWS to share with you, among other ‘GOODIES’!!! Giggle.

Your DUDE is honored and extremely PLEASED to announce a new ‘AdminExec’ coming aboard the O.W.D. Team. She is a very talented designer and we met way back when we both joined 3Scrapateers, way beyond a year ago.

I would like to introduce you to Monna Lainson of Monna Lainson’s Designs. She will be taking over the Font-a-Licious Challenge each month and assist in the management of O.W.D. She will have her designs available in the shop for you to add to your collection of scrapbook goodies. We’re gearing up for a FESTIVE HOLIDAY SEASON ahead and have begun work on a collaboration kit.

So what’s new with the DUDE, you ask??? Well, I have a new Goodie Box #2 in the works, along with 5 BRAND SPANKING NEW kits in production (including a new Halloween and Christmas kit). I am in the process of adding my Halloween and Christmas kits from last year to the shop, just in case you missed them.

OMGoodness!!! I'll just bet you didn't expect to hear from me again so SOON, huh???!!! Well, it seems that each time I create a kit -- I always end up with a few EXTRA GOODIES that just doesn't seem to fit anywhere.

I decided how I was going to solve that issue. In order to BOOST membership at my FORUM, and get a more active participation rate going, I've added TWO new Boards to the place.

Forum Freebies I & II. Members can now pick up those EXTRA GOODIES; if they have acquired the correct amount of posts to gain entrance into those boards. If you post at least 30 times, your board status becomes a "Jr." Member; as a Jr. Member you will be able to access and download some FREE Goodies that coordinate with my kits. If you post at least 200 times, your board status becomes a "Full" Member and you will be able to access and download even MORE GOODIES.

I Guess NOW is the TIME. . .

Well I know that some of you out there have been wondering, "What on EARTH is the DUDE up to?" Well, I guess now is as good a time to let you in on it, YOUR DUDE has a NEW HOME!!! That's right, I resigned from 3S and am now an INDEPENDENT DESIGNER!!! WOO HOOOEEEYYY!!

Isn't she PRETTY??? I've been busy the past week getting it all set up and functional. There are still a few issues that are outstanding. . .

1. I don't have all my products in the store YET!
2. You have to register TWO TIMES, once at the store and then again in the forum.
3. The forum is fairly naked, it needs some activity.
4. The Gallery is EMPTY, it needs filling up with some pretties!!!

OMGoodness!!! How TARDY am I???

ROFL!!! Howdy All. . .

Seems like a month of Sunday's since I've traveled to these here BLOG parts!!! But as usual, I've been a BUSY DUDE!!!

Actually, I've been all caught up in a NEW PROJECT that will be UNVEILED on March 31st!! Let me tell you RIGHT NOW -- it's going to be a SHOCKER!!!! NOOOOOOOO!!! Nobody will be electrocuted or fried, but there will be some who will be perhaps SAD, some that will be as EXCITED as I am, and some that just might say 'GOOD RIDDANCE'!!

You know, there comes a time in one's life that when you set goals and achieve those goals it no longer has the same meaning as it once did. When that happens, it's time to regroup, reorganize, and set NEW GOALS. I won't get into this much more now, yet I felt the need to reaffirm my absence from the blog.

I would like to express my extreme DELIGHT to the response I've had over at the new Google Group. Membership is AMAZING and I want to take this time to THANK all those who've joined so far. You are all amazing. Tomorrow I will be posting the 3rd Goodie that coordinates with my newest release "Modern Woman", so be sure to stop by before the first two are gone.

Also, I wanted to mention the Scrap-a-Deal Chat that will be on Wednesday, March 5th at 10 pm EST -- show up and grab MORE coordinating GOODIES!!! For those of you involved in my bi-weekly hosting of FwF's there's a little bit of news to share. My co-hostess in Fontcrime and I will be taking a mini vacation from the challenge for the Month of March. But don't worry, FwF will resume again on April 2nd.

Hello my Dear Friends,

It has been another week FULL of frustrations, deadlines, and LOTS of WORK!!! As some of you are aware I had another ice storm that disabled my satellite dish and I had to cancel last week's **Embellish It** chat. I'm terribly sorry I really missed getting together with you. However, I know you can expect to see me at the regularly scheduled time on Thursday, March 6th at 11 p.m. EST in the 3Scrapateers Chatroom.

I have been busy at school and in front of the other monitor with my PS application just whipping out new files. Why just today I released a new product for personal or commercial use that is holiday specific. I'm hoping to have my new kit, "Oh Blarney!" ready by this coming weekend, but the process is slow. I wanted some very special frames for the kit and after I finished them, I decided that they were just 'too cute' to be used ONLY by myself. Well, it's just happened. . .THEY'VE GOTTEN LOOSE, and are FLYING AROUND in MY STORE!!! What??? Do you ask?? Why it's those BLINGY, GLITTERY "SPARKLEFLIES" that I've had held captive in the confines of my Digital Design Area on my hard drive.

I've decided NOT to KEEP them there any longer and give them the FREEDOM to be YOURS!! They are available separately or as a collection. They burst with GORGEOUS COLOR and SPARKLE in PINK, PURPLE, BLUE, GREEN, FIRE, or NEUTRAL color.

Whirlwind Week and THAWED OUT!!!

Oh my Dearest Friends,

It's been a WEEK!!!! Let me tell you -- here's the skinny. . .Chig was sick. Took her to the vet and she's all better now. That was my MAJOR concern, because we all LOVE and ADORE our FURBABIES!!! She's an OUTSTANDING little Yorkie and I couldn't have prepared an order and have gotten EXACTLY what I really wanted in a child. *mental note -- must DO a POST on Chig!!!*

Next thing that happened was my MOM decided to come down for the weekend. LOVE my Mother with ALL my HEART, but ONE word of WARNING. . .If your parents are retired and they know NOTHING about computers -- DON'T buy them one for Christmas. ROFLMBO!!! When any little thing goes wrong - YOUR phone will ring!!! TRUST ME!!! No, actually I'm glad she has it. She watches movies, plays games and generally keeps her entertained. Anyway, I had to reformat it to get her "newest" piece of software to run on it. She's decided that her VHS tapes are NO LONGER the thing to have and has decided to put them all on DVD. UH HUH...guess who got her started on Movie DVD's??? *nodding* You're right!!! MOI !! Now her collection is BIGGER than mine and I have OVER 250!!!

Now the WORST part of the week!! We had ICE and SNOW!!!! GRRRRRRR!!! and of course it completely covered my satellite receiver, so that put a COMPLETE HALT to my Internet. Talk about having MAJOR WITHDRAWLS! SHEESH....But, I did get a lot of designing work completed. I'll be adding some previews within the next few days to show you all.

I'm in the middle of getting a couple of new kits ready, one is for a 3Scrapateers Compilation Project CD and it will also be available as a "single" purchase in my store. The other is for a Scrap-a-Deal (March 5th) which is getting closer to the DUE DATE (February 22) to be completed and in the store. I did finish up a new product called "Sparkleflies", which I'll be adding to the store VERY SOON. You are going to simply ADORE those, talk about BLING, BLING, BLING!!!

OH!!! I ALMOST FORGOT -- "Careless" was *clearing throat* ragging me about WHY her sister got a ribbons & bows collection created for her and SHE didn't. So, to make her HAPPY and EVERYONE else, I did just that and they are available in my store. Here's a preview:

Well HOWDY Everyone!!!

It's been a LONG ole week here with the Dude!! I have several interesting tidbits of information to share with you today. Let me see, where to start? Well, let's go with the events in order. First off, I really want to introduce you to two of my newest "Sisters". . . "Careless Whispers & Silent Whispers" created and concieved from a very special color scheme, these two lovely ladies will make you NOT ONLY -- WANT to have them, but MUST have them. Some Progress, Yet - A Slight Set Back!!

Hola!! Everyone,

It's been another busy day with the DUDE. As I wind down from the day's activities I wanted to show you a few more morsels from "Silent Whispers". As usual, when creating a new kit, I always save creating tags until the very last thing. Well almost - I've this slight feeling that this kit will hit the 150 mark in elements - but WHO knows for sure???!!!

I'm toying with the thought of creating some beaded hat pins, because I think the kit NEEDS them!!! So, If all goes well tomorrow afternoon, I can get a few of those created. If not, then I can get everything all broken down into 2 complete kits, with an add-on; then STILL have some coordinating pieces to dish out to "Fun with Fonts" and "**Embellish It**" WOO HOOO!!! I'm hoping to PULL THIS ONE OFF!!!

Here I am rambling. . .and honestly don't have the time to! It's already 12:30 CST and at LEAST 30 minutes past my Slumberville rest stop!!

Any way, I almost forgot -- about saving the tags for last??? Well, I did and I was so involved that I created a whole new tag template set for personal or commercial use. There are 6 - PSD Tag Files and I created 24 different tags with them to include in PNG format. I'll be adding them to the store sometime this week, hopefully before the weekend.

Long, LONG, LONGGGG Workdays!!!

Hola!!! Everyone, I'm sure you're probably wondering where I've been? No WORRIES!! I've just been designing my eyeballz OUT!!! Well. . .That is a bit over-the-EDGE!!!

Currently the scrapkit that I've been working on the past two days has a total of 32 exquisitely designed papers!!! The last I counted I had 108 elements, HOLY SMOELY!! I know that's a LOT of elements, however, I was thinking of you all in mind as I was in the creative process.

Sometime, we'll get into a bit more of how I process things to create the scrapkits I've developed recently. WHEW!!! I could fill up a webpage and BORE you to tears in the process. Perhaps at a later period of time and when it's NOT 3 AM!!!

I did do a LO that I'd like to show you, it's actually a QP that I've popped one of my favorite Lily photos into. Un-named, however it features items from my new 'sister' kits --

I also got a little carried away with the Ribbon & Bow Add-on Collection. I look at it this way -- I personally would ADORE having ONE from EACH Paper and Color in the kit. Wouldn't YOU??

No HARM - SOME FOWL!! - OWD Exposed!

Well I'll be BLASTED!!! I was just sitting here, creating up a wonderfully JUICY morsel to POP into my new "GOODIE BOX" II, when the phone started ringing, the door bell was 'DINGING', and I was so involved into Photoshop even to notice the 50 IM screens 'FLASHING' on the other monitor!!

OMGOSH!!! I just noticed that I have 40 VALENTINES already and it's STILL 15 DAYS from Valentine's Day before I get to read them...WOO HOO!! YIPPEE!!! YEEHAW!! Do you suppose I'll exceed my EXPECTATIONS on how many I will actually get???!!! Hummm...it's making me THINK -- BLOG REWARD!!! *contemplating...*

I hadn't even NOTICED until the IMAGES flashed onto my HELLO screen!!! I GASPED, I GASPED again. It was a CAT-OUT-of the BAG situation and I had NO further control but, to give in and bring the images over here for you all to be witness of.

Well, I did mention to someone that I had thought it would be a GREAT and convenient opportunity for friends and fans to get an EARLY start to beat the crowds.

A NEW CHALLENGE & a GOODIE

Just wanted to let everyone know my little spat with sickness didn't get the BEST of me!!! I'm still kickin' and just about up to my eyeballs in work to do. But, just between you, me, and the flagpole *which ever will listen the best* I seem to work well under the pressure and I become more critical of my own design work than you may think.

So. . .what have I added to my ever-expanding duties and responsibilities, you ask??? HEH, I've added a new Challenge over at the 3Scrapateers Community. I got to thinking. . .*yep, sometimes that hurts!!!* Since, I usually come up with a couple of new items per month anyways, why not combine them into something so that I could GIVE AWAY some GOODIES???? Heck, I'm in the creation process at the time of creation and just a couple more hours and I have extras, I USUALLY have extras anyway. My kits, for some strange reason, seem to EXPLODE with papers and elements then I have trouble as to deciding where to put the rest of it. LOL

First of all I want to apologize for not getting in here yesterday (Sunday). Your DUDE was sick as a dawg!!! Nothing new actually, but you know if I had felt well, I would have posted. I do have a few morsels of information on what I'm currently working on and what is on the horizon. So, let's get down to business.

As most of you know, I am the Spotlighted Designer at 3Scrapateers for the month of January, and in being so -- I've kept my whole store on SALE the whole month. Well, since there's only 3 days left of the "Be Mine, Valentine" scrapkit left to grab over there, that also means that there are ONLY 3 days left to GRAB GOODIES out of the store while they're still on SALE. As of midnight January 31st EST, I will resume regular prices.

I do hope you are enjoying the "Misty Morning" Freebie, remember I will have 3 BRAND NEW kits available on February 1st. "Be Mine, Valentine II", "Down the Back Roads I & II", and "Misty Morning". My Friends,

You know...I've been so busy this morning adding new products to my store that it ALMOST slipped my mind to give you all a GOODIE for being such wonderful visitors to the DUDE's home away from home at 3Scrapateers.

I'm currently in cahoots with another of my DEAR SWEET 3S Friends to bring something new to my blog that I hope you will really enjoy. We are in the process of creating some "How to's" for using some VERY DELICIOUS QP's, Ploppers, or Scraplets (whatever you wish to call them) that are in the creation process. These QP's (Quick Pages) are being created with my "Misty Morning" Scrapkit. Which could be offered here, depending on how many are created. I'm hoping you would like something like that. Please leave me some feedback on the idea.

I'm also considering holding a VERY SPECIAL Chat/Challenge to promote, "Misty Morning", should this become a reality, you MOST definitely know that there will be some FREEBIES involved in the process for those in attendance and who participate in the challenge. I will keep you up-to-date on the progress and make an announcement here and over at 3Scrapateers.

WOO HOO…What an EXCITING **EMBELLISH IT** we had tonight!!! I was thrilled that so many of you showed up, and stayed to PARTAY with the DUDE. I’m so glad that you are EXCITED about my newest kit, “Down the Back Roads”. I adore all of the wonderful comments you have to say to me about it. That makes the time I spent so worthwhile.

I am so sorry we had to pull out the oxygen masks and call the ambulance though. I felt really bad that showing you the PREVIEWS of “MISTY MORNING” would have so many of you weak in the knees and collapsing with heart palpitations. I’m going to have to control my creative juices, so that my kits don’t cause that much EXCITEMENT!!!

Now I’m almost afraid of showing them on my BLOG, because I won’t be here to assist you when you start to feel faint. ROFLMBO!!!

JUST KIDDING. . .Actually, I did show everyone at Tallulah Moon’s chat Wednesday night, and tonight at my **Embellish It** chat. It does seem to have an effect on peeps!!! I’ll have to check with my insurance company before I post them here. LOL

Reprimand & Scolding!!!

OMG!! Let me tell you right off the bat, I HAD NO IDEA!! She came to me highly praised and recommended. How was I supposed to know she would be so NEGATIVE in predicting the answers to your questions?

I quickly explained how this was supposed to be an inspirational, uplifting, and a happy blog site, and that my visitors should be treated with kindness, and sincerity. Goodness knows; offer them a bit of coffee and chocolate if necessary. DO WHATEVER makes them HAPPY!!!

Oh, here I am rambling, and I'll bet you have NO CLUE as to what I'm rambling about??!! You see, I hired that Medium over there with the Crystal Ball only yesterday and here I was, READY to FIRE her today, after receiving all the comments about her negativity with her answers that she was giving out. *shaking head* I really don’t think you’ll have a problem with her anymore…IF she knows what’s good for her.

Well, on to better news. . .OH LOOK…I have a ONLY a few VALENTINES Awwwww, and dawg gone it!! I don’t get to see them until Valentine’s Day…It makes it almost like Christmas just waiting and waiting to open up the presents – all the time wondering what’s inside.

Did you happen to notice, giggle, I left the SECOND Freebie to "Be Mine, Valentine" in the POST BELOW??? I was actually going to wait until Saturday, but I just couldn’t stand the wait, KWIM? I know for a fact that there were some of you out there that were foaming at the mouth, too!!!

I just adore all the comments and praise that each of you have bestowed upon me the past few days. I’m so tickled that you love and enjoy all the special goodies I’m tossing around. New Scrapkit and YOUR First CRACK!!!

Hello Dear Friends,

WHEW!!! It's been a LONG THREE DAYS, but at least half of the work is completed. I wanted to give you a CHALLENGE to try to accomplish. What's the CHALLENGE, you ask??? Well, as you know or might not know, I co-host a Weekly Challenge over at 3 Scrapateers called, "Fun with Fonts". I share this delightful challenge with one of my dearest, sweetest and MOST Fabulous Designers at 3S *just one of MANY, LOL* the extroidnary Kimmi Stewart. WOO HOO!!! Applause, Applause!!

This is my week to host the challenge, and in the past I've created mini kits that I've dealt out over a period of 5 challenges. Well, I got so excited with a new design style and color scheme, that ONCE AGAIN -- I got carried away!!! *they brought me back, tho. Let me tell you that little white thing they wrapped me in wasn't too comfortable*

A Little OVERBOARD!!!

Well, YOU LADIES have gone and DONE it NOW. . .I was so tickled at the responses, and the QUANTITY of them, that I started a new 'little' freebie for you last night.

You seemed to LOVE my 'Valentine' stuff, so I thought -- HEY!! Being a DUDE, I actually liked working with that Red and Pink color scheme. So, I whipped up a couple of papers. . .Well, NOT actually a couple. SIX to be exact. By that time it was well into midnight, CST, so I shut my SUPERPUTER down and headed off to slumberville.

Saturday AM arrives. . .-

Normally, the DUDE heads to the bunker by 11 pm and is ALWAYS up before the DAWN CRACKS. Which is usually around 4:30 am. I know 4 to 5 hours of sleep is not much, but it's the norm for me. Do you know, I slept until 7 am!!! OMG, I didn't even hear the rooster crow!!

By the time I got up, did the morning routine and settled down at the SP (SuperPuter) it was almost 8:30. Well, I worked & worked, took a break for some breakfast, or was it lunch?? Anyways it HAD to be lunch because I had a chili dog and some chips. Didn't stay at the dining table for very long because, I was on a MISSION. . .

I wanted to get something done for my FANS and I wanted to be able to POST before I headed off to Slumberville. ROFL...did you catch the title of this POST?? I got a little carried away with myself and ended up creating a few more coordinating elements to go with the 6 papers I had created the night before.

I suppose by now you're wondering..."OK...OUT with IT...SHOW ME what YOU made". *Heavy Sigh* I'll SHOW you...but, YOU ONLY get ONE of them right now!!!
